Ngahihi was invited to speak to the HR SUMMIT conference in Singapore and ended up speaking at two other conferences in Malaysia as a result.

Ngahihi was invited to speak at the HR SUMMIT conference in Singapore and ended up speaking at the Asia HRD Congress and the Malaysia Association of Professional Speakers National Convention earlier this year.
"This was my first time speaking in Singapore and to speak at two other conferences was a real bonus. Scott Friedman was the main person who made it possible and I am grateful for his support and friendship. We also visited an orphanage in Indonesia and I thoroughly enjoyed my day with them."
Ngahihi met many people during these conferences who are outstanding leaders and are making an important difference in the lives of many people.
"Sharing the stages with people such as Erica Fox from GOOGLE and Azran Osman-Rani and Tony Fernandes from Air Asia was a real privilege. I am pleased to have contributed to these three important conferences."
Ngahihi is looking forward to returning to Singapore in September this year as a result of speaking at these conferences.
